Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reach out by phone or drop a line to our email at least 24 hours before your visit, and you owe nothing. If you cancel later, we may only charge for custom pool supplies already purchased for you, as outlined in the quote.

You are welcome to pick another date without any penalty. We will suggest our earliest available pool appointment within one business day.

We provide a complete refund if we cancel on our end, if we cannot complete the agreed pool work, or if the water or equipment care does not match our quote and we cannot sort it out promptly.

• If you cancel your scheduled visit at least 24 hours in advance, there is no fee or charge whatsoever.
• If we are unable to access your pool or plant room upon arrival without prior notice, a callout charge of thirty pounds applies.
• If prepaid seasonal work cannot proceed due to severe bad weather, we rebook your slot at the earliest dry day with no penalty.
• If you are unhappy with an initial deposit-backed repair before physical work starts, your deposit is refunded minus costs for parts already special-ordered.

1. Phone our workshop on our main office number to notify us of the change.
2. Confirm your cancellation or reschedule in writing via email.
3. Receive our written confirmation confirming your updated appointment date.

Approved refunds for deposits or overpayments are returned to your designated bank account within five working days.
