Do I need to be at home when you clean the pool?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear side access to your garden and plant room, we can complete the full service, lock up, and leave a printed report through your letterbox.
How do you calculate your quotes?
We calculate quotes based on your pool size, current water condition, and the distance to your property. We provide a fixed written quote before booking, so there are never surprises.
How and when do I pay for the service?
We never ask for payment upfront. Once the job is completed and you are happy with your clean pool, you can pay your technician in cash or transfer the funds directly to our bank account.
What if it rains on my scheduled maintenance day?
We work through normal British showers. If severe storms make chemical testing inaccurate or pose electrical hazards around the pumps, we contact you early in the morning to reschedule for the next dry day.
