How our pool visits work

De-pressurising and vacuuming spent media
We open the vessel and carefully extract the old compacted sand using specialized extraction tools.

Inspecting internal laterals
We wash down the internal tank and inspect every distributor arm for cracks that leak sand into the pool.

Refilling with fresh filtration media
We half-fill the tank with water to cushion laterals, then slowly add clean silica sand or active glass media.

Rinsing and testing running pressure
We seal the lid, run thorough backwash and rinse cycles, and confirm normal running pressure on the gauge.
